RESOLUTION NO. 313 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND <br />IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />WHEREAS, Hartman Builders, Inc. have submitted a written offer <br />!ting the approved minimum price on Disposition Parcel commonly <br />erred to as No. 17 -14, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined <br />that the acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved <br />di posal program for this area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper <br />po esses the qualifications and financial resources necessary to <br />acquire and develop the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the offer of $1,019.00 by Hartman Builders, Inc. is <br />satisfactory and is not less than the offering price of the Com- <br />mi sion for uses in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan, which <br />of ering price was submitted to and approved by the Department of <br />Ho sing and Urban Development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts <br />tha offer of Hartman Builders, Inc. to acquire at a price of $1,019.00 <br />anJ redevelop the designated Disposition Parcel 17 -14 which is <br />kn wn and described as follows: <br />Lot 246 except the South 20 feet thereof, Lot 245 <br />and the South 112 of vacated Jefferson Street ad- <br />jacent and North of Lot 245 in the recorded 2nd <br />Plat of LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the North- <br />east 1/4 of Section 9 and the Northwest 1/4 of <br />Section 10, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, in <br />The City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Com- <br />mission held September 18, 1970 at the office of the Commission, <br />Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South <br />Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />Attest: <br />e V.
