<br />Know all men by these presents, That we Harry N. Barnes of the County of
<br />St. Joseph, Stateof of Indiana, as pr inc ipai and Chas. Suabedissen and T. C. Barnes
<br />of the County of St. Joseh, and' State of Indiana as -sureties, •are -held anal -firmly
<br />bound to the City of South Bend; Indiana 4n the sum of Four Hundred and seventy three
<br />Dollars � ($473.00) for the payment of which., well and truly tobe made, ..we jointly
<br />and severally. bind :ourselves, ou# heirs,, executors, administrators and assigns, firmly
