<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKD OR THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, That it is desired and d.,Aemed necessary to improve
<br />Nmmmarre Street from Portage -Avenue to Leland Avenue as follows s to- wit:
<br />Said 'street
<br />shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway of certain
<br />portions of the streets and alleys which enter orintersect said street shall be
<br />graded and paved. The p v ng material to be used in making said improvement shill be
<br />Sheet, asphalt ,vitulithic asphaltic concrete or brick, and the foundation shall be
<br />Portland cement concrete five (5) inches thick for the sheet Asphalt, bitul thic,
<br />as haltic concrete add brick or rolled ' gravel: six (6) inches thick for the brick, also
<br />cement club shall b constructed along said street where.same is not already constructed;
<br />storm water inlets, and conduits shall be constructed where necessary, all manhole tops
<br />and storm water inlets shall -be set to the proper grade,, cement marginal curb shall be
<br />constructed at all street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more parti-
<br />eula,rly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and
<br />specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
