79- M LOCAL SEVER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 685. Resolved by then Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State cif Indiana. That the construction of i local serer, intended and adapted for local. use by the property holders whose property buts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving :sewerage from collateral drains be and the same is hereby* ordered in and along Beale Street from.Port-age Avenue to Kessler Boulevard as follows, towit: :L Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Portage. Avenue an4 Beale Street, thence easterly along the center line of Beale Street to the westerly line of Kessler Boulevard with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer together with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets, c mdults flush tanks and house connections to the curb mina along the line of said improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans profiles, and detail drawings on file in. the off ice of the Department of Public Works of the l City of South Bend, .Ind ianr�,, and said sewer, with all its appurtenances shall be constructed in accordance with the prokie and i3peeitications now on file in the office of the DepRi-tmr.
