CONSTRUCTION BOND. Know all men by these presents, That we Bruno De Paepe of the Cbutny of St. ,Joseph, State of Indiana art principal and. L. E. Barter, atty. infect of -the United Statis Fidelity & Guaranty Company of Baltimore, Maryland of the county of St. Joseph and State of Indiana as sureties, are held and firmly bound to the City of South Bend, { ndiana, in the -sum of Three. Complaint received from property owner res id ing at 1114 South Carroll Street aboVt a pole in the way of new pavement, the Board ordered notice sent to the Ind iena & Michigan Elec. Co. is trench through curb and replace the not pole and curb will be replaced when other curb is built. Complaitt received from proper owner -at 535 Riverside Drive about a pole which stands in the way of drive into a garage. The Board ordered notice send to the Central Union Tel. Company to reset this pole to the south to the property line between the two lots or to the north to the pr-operty line Notice received from Aetna Casualty & Insruaene Company of the renewal of Harvey L.
