Wenger Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana under Improvement Res olut ion No. 639. Resolved, that notices as to the assessments be published on the _ 6th. , day ,of June 1919 and the 13th. , day of June,1919 in the South. Bond Daily Tribune .stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its off ice in the CSty Hall an the litth., day of June 1919 at 7:15 P.M. Resolved further that the a t L*e work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
