<br />Paving of the let. alley east of St. Louis'Blvd. from Madison Street toLia Salle
<br />Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing nemonstratore appeared bUt no further written -
<br />remonstrance filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises dec ies that the
<br />banofits to property liable to be assessed. For said improvement are equal to the estimated
<br />c ost of the same., ,as reported by the C 1*:VyC iv il, Eng ineer, and thereupon takes f inal

<br />Sample Street from Walnut Street t.o Olive. Street, _in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />4 pon said hear ing - a number of property, owners appeared in regard
<br />to the extension of the Street car tracks, -but no wr itten.: remonstrance was filed.
<br />And the Beard being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property
<br />liable to be assessed .for said ,improvement areequal to the estimated cost of the same,
<br />as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution -
<br />as originally adopted, and the same is hereby • in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved. o
