<br />The conditions of the obligation are such that if the above
<br />tamed The Westerr. Construction Company shall faithfully e.onply_..,with the f0regoing
<br />contract, made and entered into the 29th. , day of April , g15k.,1919 with the City
<br />of South. Bend, Indiana, and shall fulfill all the conditions and stipulations thereit
<br />contained., according to the true intent and, meaning t.,hereof, in all respccta, then
<br />this obligation to be void , Otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue in
<br />law. In theevent the said City shall extend the time for the completion of said
<br />work, such extension shall not in any way release the sureties on this bond.
<br />This shall be a construct ion bond, and the sureties on the same
<br />shall not be held responsible for the maintenance and repair of the improvement
<br />after it has been accepted by the second party,but sueh sureties shall beheld
<br />respo#s able for the faithful c omplaince with all other a and it ions, st iuplat ions,
<br />and requirements covered by or set out in the contract.
