III.The student will be able to explain the members and roles of the Interdisciplinary Care Team <br />and the Chain of Command. <br />IV.The student will be able to demonstrate the importance of both verbal and non verbal <br />communication, barriers to effective communication, and interpersonal skills. <br />V.The student will be able to explain culture change/resident centered care and the need to <br />incorporate into daily care <br />Scope of Practice —the tasks for which a nurse aide is trained, thus, allowed to do.
