He has attended numerous classes and lectures on the operation and maintenance of water meters. Alex has experience in the maintenance and installation of water meters; in valve location, exercising and mapping; and in the use of state of the art leak detection equipment. He is experienced in water meter, fire hydrant and water main capacity flow testing, and the operation of our Polcon® Flow Testing equipment.
