C. <br />d. <br />f. <br />Project Engineer, as directed by the Onwer, to assist in any matter that <br />may arise during the construction of the project. <br />B. Duration of Construction Phase: Duration of Construction is anticipated to be 16 <br />weeks. For purposes of this agreement, it is assumed DLZ shall spend an average <br />of eight (8) hours per week (total for all bid packages) including travel from DLZ's <br />office to the Project site to determine that the Project is advancing generally, in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents and advise the Client accordingly. <br />C. Limitation of Responsibilities: Engineer shall not be responsible for the acts or <br />omissions of any Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier, or other individuals or <br />entities performing or furnishing any of the Work, for safety or security at the Site, <br />or for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor's Work, during the <br />Construction Phase or otherwise.
