Ms. O'Sullivan seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR — ADD APPROVE THIRTY (30) DAY EXTENSION OF <br />OCCUPANCY PERMIT — FA WILHELM <br />Mr. Zach Hurst, Engineering, requested that due to the tabling of the Matthews LLC Dedicated <br />Improvements Agreement and Temporary Storm Sewer Access Agreement, that the Board add to <br />the agenda the approval of the extension of the Occupancy Permit for FA Wilhelm for thirty (30) <br />days beyond the current approved ninety (90) day Occupancy Permit. Mr. Hurst noted that FA <br />Wilhelm has paid $30,000 for the closure of LaSalle Avenue and Sycamore Streets for the <br />Commerce Center project and this would allow them to continue to work until the issues with the <br />long term occupancy permit are resolved. Attorney Fanello confirmed the law allows for the <br />addition to the agenda. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion to approve the extension. Ms. <br />Maradik seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:18 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />L' da M.
