McBride <br /> Other Council Absent: None <br /> Others Present: Kareemah Fowler, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: Jordan Wyatt <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 19-04- Special Exception: 1119 Lincoln Way West <br /> Committee Vice-Chair John Voorde called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> meeting at 4:53 p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to <br /> the presenters. <br /> Bill No. 19-04- Special Exception: 1119 Lincoln Way West <br /> Jordan Wyatt, Planner for the Area Plan Commission with offices located on the 11th floor of the <br /> County-City Building, stated, The petitioner is requesting to table this bill indefinitely. The <br /> petitioner is actually the tenant of the property and they are still trying to figure out the lease with <br /> the property owner. We will bring this back to you when we get this all worked out. <br /> Council President Tim Scott stated, I suggest the petitioner go and talk with our Department of <br /> Community Investment. <br /> Committeemember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to table Bill No. 19-04 indefinitely,per the request <br /> of the petitioner. Committeemember Jo M.
