Looking at the detail section behind this <br /> bill(referencing the Council Member Agenda Packet which is available in the City Clerk's Office), <br /> you'll see that this ordinance does not increase or decrease the amount of appropriations. It just <br /> moves money from one(1)bucket to another.The largest dollar value in there is the$2.225 million <br /> related to the donation from the Pokagon Band. All that is doing is moving it to a different bucket <br /> so that we can track that in case they want to know how exactly that money is being spent.
