Indicate which of these were inspected and a summary of <br /> issues that were detected during the inspection. For those that were not inspected, please <br /> indicate the reason and how you will remedy the situation. <br /> All HOME-assisted affordable rental housing facilities that were due for inspection in 2018 were <br /> inspected. The following units were inspected to confirm compliance with established housing codes: <br /> Shamrock Estates—4 of 10 units inspected. Required repairs are noted below: <br /> • 415 Sheneman—furnace not workingproperly <br /> p p Y <br /> Prairie Village Apartments—7 of 25 units inspected. Required repairs and/or issues to be addressed are <br /> noted below: <br /> • Unit 2A— Bathtub needs re-caulking; hole in wall needs to be repaired <br /> • Unit 2D—Terminate wire under kitchen sink in a box; bathroom sink clogged <br /> ' • Unit 3A—Air conditioner receptacle needs a cover <br /> • Unit 3B—Receptacle under kitchen sink needs a cover <br /> • Unit 6D—Relief tube on water heater not soldered; need a pan under water heater <br /> Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc.—2 of 2 units inspected. Required repairs and/or issues to be <br /> addressed are noted below: <br /> • 911 %2 California—Solder relief valve discharge pipe and extend to pan; repair hole in floor by <br /> ' front door <br /> ' South Bend Mutual Homes—5 of 5 units inspected.
