RESOLUTION No. 352 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AMENDED HUD FORMS 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION fRICESIT, REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL POWNTOWN PROJECT, IND. R-66 WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the irre- movable fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Appraisals as amended for 39 parcels to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana R-66; and WHERE S, the proposed amended acquisition prices for the real estate and irremovable fixtures as shown on detail sheet attached, are in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the filings with the Urban Renewal Administration of amended C� Forms HUD 6144, Request for Concurrence, for 39 parcels of Real Estate and irremovable fixtures is hereby approved. Adopted held on City Bui at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission April 2, 1971 at the office of the Commission, Room 1200, County- lding, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601.
