RESOLUTION NO. 352 <br />SOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />VERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AMENDED <br />D FORMS 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION <br />ICES ", REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL <br />RNTOWN PROJECT, IND. R -66 <br />WHERE S, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the irre- <br />movable fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Appraisals as <br />amended for 39 parcels to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana <br />R -66; and <br />WHERE S, the proposed amended acquisition prices for the real estate <br />and irremovable fixtures as shown on detail sheet attached, are in the <br />opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission that the filings with the Urban Renewal Administration of amended <br />Forms HUD 6144, Request for Concurrence, for 39 parcels of Real Estate and <br />irremovabl fixtures is hereby approved. <br />Adopted a <br />held on A <br />City Buil <br />the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />,il 2, 1971 at the office of the Commission, Room 1200, County - <br />Cng, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />(SEAL) <br />ATTEST: <br />e <br />Rev.
