RESOLUTION NO. 360 <br />REESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR- <br />IZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI- <br />TION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER <br />OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE <br />LA ALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57. <br />WHEREAS the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out <br />the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to <br />the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of <br />January, 1966; and <br />WHEREAS the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public <br />or priv to agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of <br />said pl n; and <br />WHEREAS the following redevelopers have submitted a proposal to redevelop <br />certain parcels within the LaSalle Park Project and that said proposal has <br />been processed in accordance with all applicable Statutes of the State of <br />Indiana and rules and regulations and the Federal Statutes governing the sale <br />of Urban Renewal land with said parcels being: <br />PARCEL NUMBER <br />8 -10 <br />NAME <br />Lucille Turner <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that <br />the Executive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to <br />prepare a Redevelopment Agreement and a Warranty Deed(s) for the purpose of <br />conveying said land to the proposed redeveloper; and <br />FURTHER that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is <br />authori ed to execute said Redevelopment Agreement and Warranty Deed(s) and <br />that the Secretary of the Commission is hereby authorized to attest said <br />Agreement and Deed(s). <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of <br />on May , 1971, in the Office of <br />South Bind, Indiana. <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />the Commission, Room 1200 County -City Building, <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />Dean V Wilhelm, President <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />Rev.
