RESOLUTION N0. 362 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR - IZI NG THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSITION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED (S) FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE LASALLE PA,RJ PROJECT, IND. R -57 WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban Renewal Ilan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of the City of South Bend, In iana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966; and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public or priva a agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of said pla ; and WHEREAS, parcels i in accor, regulati, with sai, the following redevelopers have submitted a proposal to redevelop certain rithin the LaSalle Park Project and that said proposal has been processed lance with all applicable Statutes of the State of Indiana and rules and ,ns and the Federal Statutes governing the sale of Urban Renewal land I parcels being: REDEVELOPER Richard D. Thomas PARr.F.T. NO _ 14 -7 & 14 -8 NOW, THE FORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of he City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that the Executive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to prepare a Redevelop- ment Agr ement and a Warranty Deed(s) for the purpose of conveying said land to the proposed redeveloper; and FURTHER, that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is authorized to execu a said Redevelopment Agreement and Warranty Deed(s) and that the Secretary of the C mmission is hereby authorized to attest said Agreement and Deed(s).
