RESOLUTION NO. 364 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING B (DY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR - I ING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI- TION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE L SALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. Love Ben Miles, Jr. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Govern- ing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that the Executive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to prepare a Redevelop- ment Agreement and a Warranty Deed(s) for the purpose of conveying said land to the proposed redeveloper; and FURTHER, that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is author- ized to xecute said Redevelopment Agreement and Warranty Deed(s) and that the secretar of the Commission is hereby authorized to attest said Agreement and Deed(s).
