Broden called to order the Health and Public Safety Committee meeting <br /> at 4:28 p.m. She introduced members of the Committee and opened the floor to main motions. <br /> Committeemember Oliver Davis made a motion to recess and reconvene in the full Council <br /> Chambers. Committeemember John Voorde seconded this motion which carried by a voice vote <br /> of four(4) ayes. <br /> The Health and Public Safety Committee reconvened in the full Council Chambers at 4:33 p.m. <br /> Committee Chair Broden presided with four (4) Committee Members present. <br /> Council President Tim Scott announced, I would like to ask Councilmember Davis to allow ten <br /> (10)more minutes to this Committee since we are ten (10)minutes behind. <br /> Committeemember Davis stated, I'm at peace. <br /> Council President Tim Scott continued, So, the Zoning and Annexation Committee will start at <br /> 5:02 p.m. So, Committee Chair Broden, you have until 5:02 p.m. Thank you. <br /> Committeemember Karen White made a motion to accept the second (rd) substitute version of <br /> Bill No. 03-19.
