RESOLUTION NO. 373 N OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF MENT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT FOR THE DISPOSITION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF DEED (S) FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN N WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE LASALLE PARK IND. R -57 WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966; and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public or privy a agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of said plan; and WHEREAS, the following redevelopers have submitted a proposal to redevelop certain barcels within the LaSalle Park Project and that said proposal has been pro essed in accordance with all applicable Statutes of the State of Indiana nd rules and regulations and the Federal Statutes governing the sale of rban Renewal land with said parcels being: PARCEL NO. NAME 6 -11 Mrs. Ocie Scott 6 -12 NOW, THE FORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governin Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that the Exec tive Director of the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to prepare i Redevelopment Agreement and a Warranty Deed (s) for the purpose of conveyini said land to the proposed redeveloper; and FURTHER, that the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is authorized to execute said Redevelopment Agreement and Warranty Deed(s) and that the Secretary of the Commission is hereby authorized to attest said Agreement and Deed(s). Adopted at the Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held in the Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana 46601 on the 9th day of August, 1971.
