I RES IZI TIO OF RESOLUTION NO. 376 )LUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING ( OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR - JG THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI- I OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE kLLE PARK PROJECT, IND. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind.
