R -66, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN PROJECT <br />is deemed necessary by the Board of Commissioners of the Department <br />ment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in furtherance of the Urban <br />to acquire the following real estate in the urban renewal area <br />. R -66 - Downtown Project, in the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Concurred -in <br />r Owner Acquisition Price <br />Jerome J. Crowley, Jr. <br />Poledor Corporation <br />New York Fur Shop <br />Poledor Corporation <br />National Bank & Trust Co. <br />Department of Redevelopment of the City of <br />rt to purchase the above - described property <br />nd said owners have been unable to agree as <br />$ 232,184 <br />225,262 <br />46,151 <br />97,676 <br />120,317 <br />South Bend, Indiana, has <br />from the owners, but the <br />to the purchase price. <br />ED, that the Executive Director cause a notice and final offer in <br />e made to each of the above owners at the respective concurred -in <br />final offer shall include an invitation to discuss the acquisition <br />roperty with the Department of Redevelopment within ten (10) days <br />and a notification that Eminent Domain proceedings will be instituted <br />after said ten (10) day period if agreement cannot be reached on the <br />ce within said ten (10) days. <br />R RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Department of Redevelopment of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that in the event an agreement cannot be reached <br />ase of the property within ten (10) days after notice of final offer, <br />missioners do hereby determine that it is necessary that they proceed <br />he above - described parcels of real estate under the power of Eminent <br />scribed by the laws of the State of Indiana (Burns' Indiana Statutes <br />ment, Section 48 -8557) in order to carry out the redevelopment plan, <br />use for which the real estate is to be acquired is for the public <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' attorney, Bruce C.
