RESOLUTION NO. 384 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR- <br />IZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI- <br />TION Of LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER <br />OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE <br />LA`ALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the <br />Urban Rene al for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban <br />Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, t e Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public <br />or private agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of <br />said plan; and <br />WHEREAS, t <br />parcels wi <br />in accorda <br />regulation <br />said parce <br />ie following redeveloper(s) have submitted a proposal to redevelop certain <br />;hin the LaSalle Park Project and that said proposal has been processed <br />ice with all applicable Statutes of the State of Indiana and rules and <br />and the Federal Statutes governing the sale of Urban Renewal land with <br />s being: <br />Parcel Number- <br />17-23 <br />17 -24 <br />17 -25 <br />17 -26 <br />17 -27 <br />Name <br />Matthew J.
