RESOLUTION NO. 323 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND IN <br />THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />WHEREAS James Tucker has submitted a written offer meeting the approved <br />minimum price on Disposition Parcel commonly referred to as No. 36 -19 <br />LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and <br />WHEREAS the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the <br />accepta ce of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal pro- <br />gram fo this area; and <br />WHEREAS the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the <br />qualifi. ations and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop <br />the lan in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and <br />WHEREAS the offer of $780.00 by James Tucker is satisfactory and is not <br />less than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accordance <br />with thE Urban Renewal Plan, which offering price was submitted to and <br />approvec by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />NOW, TH REFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts the offer <br />of JameE Tucker to acquire at a price of $780.00 and redevelop the des- <br />ignated Disposition Parcel 36 -19 which is known and described as follows: <br />The South 75.94 feet of Lot 1028 in the recorded <br />2nd Plat of LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the <br />Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, and the Northeast <br />1/4 of Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held November 6, 1970 at.the office of the Commission, 227 West Jefferson <br />Boulevard, Room 1200, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />x k�' <br />De n J.
