RESOLUTION NO. 324 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 WHEREAS, Lewis Williams has submitted a written offer meeting the approved minimum price on Disposition Parcel commonly referred to as No. 9-0, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the ac eptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal progra for this area; and WHEREA , the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the qu lifications and financial resources necessary to acquire and develo the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and WHEREAS, the offer of $150.00 by Lewis Williams is satisfactory and is not less than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accord- ance with the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering price was submitted to and approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
