WHEREAS, <br />the Urbar <br />the Urbar <br />the City <br />January, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 326 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT ES- <br />TABLISHING THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DISPOSITION PRICE AND FAIR <br />MARKET VALUE FOR LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out <br />Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to <br />Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of <br />of South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of <br />1966; and <br />WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public <br />or priva e agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of <br />said Pla and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that it is now <br />necessar to establish the minimum disposition prices which will be acceptable <br />for the land to be so disposed of in the LaSalle Park Project in accordance with <br />the Urbar Renewal Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a schedule of the land to be sold and the recommended minimum price <br />indicated thereon has been compiled in accordance with all applicable Statutes <br />of the State of Indiana and rules and regulations and Federal Statutes governing <br />the sale of Urban Renewal land which said schedule is hereby incorporated by <br />reference in total; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines that the <br />prices for the parcels listed in the disposition schedule mentioned above are <br />the minimum acceptable price for said land for disposition in accordance with <br />the Urban Renewal Plan; and <br />FURTHER, determines that said prices are not less than the fair market value <br />for said land; and <br />FURTHER, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizes the Executive <br />Director to use said prices in the disposition of said land. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held in the Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, South Bend, <br />Indiana 46601 on the 20th day of November, 1970. <br />Pre r ent, Dean J.
