RESOLUTION NO 339 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF SIXTH AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. IND. R -57 (LG) BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BE IT RES LVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City Df South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The pending proposed Sixth Amendatory Contract (herein called the "Amen atory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R -57 (LG), dat d the 22nd day of April, 1966, by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the U ited States of America (herein called the "Government "), is hereby in all re pects approved. Section 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendator Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the S cretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal on each such counterpart and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government together with such other documents relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the Government. Section 31. This resolution shall take effect immediately. Section Commissi ment in the 19th ATTEST: v.
