WHEREAS, tl <br />"Local Pub' <br />9th day of <br />of an urbai <br />R -66; and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 345 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN STREETS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL DOWNTOWN <br />PROJECT, IND. R -66 <br />e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein called the <br />is Agency ") has entered into a Contract for Loan and Grant dated the <br />December, 1969 with the United States of America for the carrying out <br />renewal project herein known as the Central Downtown Project, Ind. <br />WHEREAS, #e Urban Renewal Plan which has been approved for said project calls <br />for the de ication of certain land area for the purpose of street right -of -way: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the <br />Local Publ c Agency hereby authorizes and directs that the proper petition be <br />filed and all other necessary action be taken to effect the dedication of said <br />right-of-way and hereby authorizes and directs its President and Secretary to <br />sign and execute any and all necessary documents. <br />Adopted at <br />on March 1! <br />227 W.
