WHEREAS, <br />minimum <br />LaSalle <br />RESOLUTION NO. 359 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND IN <br />THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />Lucille Turner has submitted a written offer meeting the approved <br />price on Disposition Parcel commonly referred to as No. 8 -10, <br />Park Project, Indiana R -57; and <br />WHEREAS the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the <br />acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal program <br />for this area•, and <br />WHEREAS the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the <br />qualifi ations and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop the <br />land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and <br />WHEREAS the offer of $150.00 by Lucille Turner is satisfactory and is not <br />less than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accordance with <br />the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering price was submitted to and approved <br />by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />NOW, TH REFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT CONMiISSION accepts the offer of <br />Lucille Turner to acquire at a price of $150.00 and redevelop the designated <br />Disposi ion Parcel No. 8 -10 in Indiana R -57, LaSalle Park Project. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />May 7, 971 at the office of the Commission, Room 1200, County -City Building, <br />227 Wes Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana, 46601. <br />ATTEST: <br />Rev.
