RESOLUTION NO. 368 <br />RESOLUTION FIXING CONSIDERATION FOR <br />YANCE OF LAND TO GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAILROAD <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />id the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company entered <br />ito an agreement on the 2nd day of ���� 1971; <br />WHEREAS, in said agreement the Commission agreed <br />t reconvey to Grand Trunk a 10' x 40' strip of land <br />a utting St. Louis Avenue in the City of South Bend; <br />WHEREAS, the Commission and Grand Trunk wish to <br />c arify the amount of consideration for said reconveyance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission shall reconvey to Grand Trunk <br />Western Railroad Company said 10' x 40' parcel of land <br />abutting St. Louis Avenue in the City of South Bend <br />a described in said agreement for a consideration not <br />t exceed the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission held on July 2, 1971, in the <br />Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, <br />2:27 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />ATTEST: <br />r7/l YO .A <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />V <br />` Fred �Helmen, President <br />.'Willie V.
