If it is <br /> completed more quickly, then the number of <br /> hours billed could be significantly less than <br /> the number of hours assumed for this <br /> proposal. The cost of the proposal is not to <br /> exceed $198,720. The staff recommends <br /> approval of this proposal. <br /> One of the complicating factors of this <br /> project is how to remediate part of the <br /> building and make it available on a timely <br /> basis for the private development to take <br /> place. It needs to be coordinated so that <br /> we're not in their way when they'd like to get <br /> to a certain part of the building? This <br /> proposal covers that coordination as well as <br /> on-call service. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if this accomplishes the <br /> remediation. Ms. Kolata answered no, this is <br /> only for the services of Weaver Boos. The <br /> remediation itself would be additional <br /> 10 <br />
