Broden called the Joint Health and Public Safety and Utilities <br /> Committee meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. She stated, This is a joint committee meeting by two (2) <br /> of the Council's committees. One (1) is one (1) that I chair, the Health and Public Safety <br /> Committee and one (1) that the Council Member to my left, Councilmember Jake Teshka, chairs <br /> the Utilities Committee. I would like to give a little bit of context before we jump into things. The <br /> Council itself normally consists of nine (9) members but you will see there are only four(4) here <br /> tonight. However, the members who are not in attendance will benefit from both an audio <br /> recording of tonight and a video recording of tonight.
