CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MARCH 5, 2019 46 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />March 5, 2019 by Board Member Therese Dorau with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik, <br />Suzanna Fritzberg, Laura O'Sullivan, and Board President Gary Gilot present. The meeting was <br />held in the 13't' Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Maradik stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
