The Division of Utilities reviewed the single quotation submitted by Ferguson Waterworks and submitted the information to the Purchasing Department directly to issue a purchase order (PO 243689, attached) for the subject procurement project in the amount of $15,246.00. The quote was opened at a the Board of Public Works Meeting at the request of Purchasing, but due to the dollar amount associated with the quotation, the quote only required Department Approval and Purchasing Approval (as it was under the $24,999.00 threshold for quotations). Board action after the quote opening was not required. The Division of Utilities requests that the Board of Public Works ratify the quotation award at its meeting on March 12, 2019. The funding sources utilized for the procurement of the materials Sewage Work Operating Funds. Materials and Supplies 641-0630-793-23-62 and 641-0630-793-23-10 Repair Parts.
