DocuSign Envelope ID: 295F7F4F-778D-4E36-838C-D2E4BB27ECC8 <br />C4.02 The Owner, for and in consideration of the engineering services provided for in Exhibit A, <br />agrees to pay to the Engineer for rendering such services the fees established about in the <br />following manner: <br />a. For completed work, and upon receipt of invoices from the Engineer and the approval <br />thereof by the Owner, payments covering the work performed shall be due and payable <br />to the Engineer. <br />b.
