AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Contract No. 117-056 <br />Amendment Na A <br />Effective Date <br />In accordance with Article 7 of the Master Services Agreement dated April 11, 2017 ("Agreement") between <br />the Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana ("CLIENT") Stantec Consulting Services Inc. <br />("CONSULTANT"), this Amendment modifies the Agreement as follows: <br />Change in Services: <br />Services required under this master agreement will continue to be set forth in individual task orders as <br />authorized by CLIENT. <br />2.
