CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING FEBRUARY 19 2019 38 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />February 19, 2019 by Board President Gary Gilot with Board members Elizabeth Maradik and <br />Suzanna Fritzberg present. Board members Therese Doran and Laura O'Sullivan were absent. <br />Board Attorney, Clara McDaniels was also present. The meeting was held in the 13`t' Floor <br />Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Maradik stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
