The funds will enable the hiring of two (2) <br />full-time AmeriCorps volunteers to support the community engagement efforts of the team's <br />Engagement Specialist. <br />In the spirit of the city values of inclusion, empowerment, and accountability we believe it is the <br />responsibility of the municipality to build capacity and sustainability for a robust neighborhood <br />association system as means.to effectively communicate with and respond to residents. This <br />agreement will allow our team the additional capacity necessary to engage in direct, grassroots <br />relationship building within our neighborhoods.
