Councilmember Jake Teshka seconded the motion <br /> which carried by a voice vote of nine(9) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> 19-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> HONORING AND THANKING EMIL"LUCKY" <br /> REZNIK FOR SEVERAL DECADES OF <br /> DEVOTED SERVICE TO TRANSPO <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis, 1801 Nash Street, South Bend, IN, served as a presenter of this bill. <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis stated, I have been a member of TRANSPO for fifteen (15) years <br /> with Lucky. I'm glad to be here. <br /> Councilmember Jake Teshka, 2419 Chesire Drive, South Bend, IN served as a presenter of this <br /> bill. Councilmember Jake Teshka stated, I'm a board member of TRANSPO as well. <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis stated, What we will do, instead of having Lucky come here at this <br /> present time, we would like to read all of this into the record and then when there is time to have <br /> comment, then we would like him to come up here.
