NOW, <br />GOVERNING <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT: <br />1.
