RESOLUTION NO. 390 <br />ESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />ODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR - <br />ZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI- <br />ION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER <br />F TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE <br />ASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out <br />the Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to <br />the Urban Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind.
