This is my <br />chief concern as my home is my main investment. <br />Other considerations ate: <br />Increased traffic noises and exhaust fumes <br />Obstructive views and decreased privacy in my back yazd. <br />Currently, many residents in this azea aze using this field as a safe place to <br />walk their dogs, to jog or just go for wallcs. <br />On a personal note and one which may seem unimportant to you, I Like to watch <br />the geese gather there in lazge numbers as they prepare for their migratory <br />flight in the fall.
