E <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 40S <br />E <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "RE- <br />QUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," INDIANA R -66 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing 'Body of the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now <br />necessary to acquire by gift, parcel number 10 -1 - building only, plus demolition <br />cost, within the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project, Indiana R -66; and <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the two separate appraisals for the said parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the said parcel of real estate, <br />as shown on Form HUD -6144 dated June 16, 1972, is in the opinion of the Commission, <br />fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />hereby determines that parcel 10 -1 in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project <br />be acquired by gift or donation and that the filing with the Urban Renewal <br />Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated June 16, 1972, for the said parcels is <br />hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on June 16, 1972, in the Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, <br />227 West Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />FreffJ,/Hegmen <br />ATTEST: <br />
