Q <br />RESOLUTION N0. 415 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, APPROVING AND <br />DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT OF A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES <br />OF AMERICA, FOR PROJECT INDIANA R -66. <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing body of the De- <br />partment of Redevelopment, (hereinafter "Commission "), having fully considered <br />the proposed Amendment of Contract (hereinafter "Amendment ") which is in- <br />corporated in this resolution by reference, resolves the following: <br />Section 1. That the Commission fully approves and shall enter into, <br />with the United States of America (hereinafter "Government "), the proposed <br />Amendment for Project, Indiana R -66; <br />Section 2. That the President (or, in his absence, the Vice - President) <br />of the Commission is authorized and directed to execute two counterparts <br />of the proposed Amendment and that the Secretary of the Commission is authorized <br />and directed to attest such counterparts and to send the counterparts, <br />together with related documents, to the Government; and <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />Section 4. Adopted this 4th day of August, 1972 at a Regular Meeting <br />of the Commission, at 1200 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />
