o v <br />RESOLUTION NO. 426 <br />RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 413, <br />ADOPTED ON JULY 21, 1972 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 413, adopted on <br />July 21, 1972, authorizing the issuance of Redevelopment <br />District Bonds of 1972, in the total amount of $3,800,000.00, <br />is hereby amended to provide that the bonds shall be attested <br />by the City Controller, rather than by the City Clerk. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bonds, as printed and <br />issued, reflect this amendment, and that Resolution No. 413 <br />otherwise remains in full force and effect. <br />Adopted this 15th day of September, 1972. <br />Pres en red J.
