c <br />t <br />8401036 <br />CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER <br />THE UNDERSIGNED hereby certifies that: <br />He is the duly qualified and acting Secretary of the City of South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission (hereinafter called "Governing Body "), <br />the governing body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment <br />(hereinafter called "Local Public Agency ") and the custodian of the <br />records of the Governing Body, including the minutes of its proceedings; <br />and is duly authorized to execute this certificate. <br />Attached hereto is a true and exact copy of a Resolution 550; <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />REDECLARING THE CENTRAL DOWNTOWN RENEWAL AREA TO BE BLIGHTED <br />AND REAPPROVING AN URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AND CONDITIONS UNDER <br />WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR PROJECT NUMBER <br />INDIANA R -66 AND FOR THE MAKING OF CERTAIN CHANGES TO THE <br />URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, <br />adopted at a meeting of the Governinq Body held on the 7th day of April, <br />1978. Said Resolution has been duly recorded in the minutes of said <br />meeting and is now in full force and effect. <br />Said meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance <br />with the law and the by -laws of the Local Public Agency. To the extent <br />required by law and said by -laws, due and proper notice of said meeting was <br />given.
