6 <br />840100"S <br />the purpose of presenting said Resolution 550 and the plan changes approved <br />therein to the public and to hear and consider remonstrances concerning said <br />changes and <br />WHEREAS, said Redevelopment of Cities and Towns Act of 1953, as <br />amended, requires that the Board of Commissioners, after such hearing and <br />consideration, shall take final action determining the public utility and <br />benefit of the project, either confirming, modifying, or rescinding Resolu- <br />tion 550; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to confirm said Resolution <br />550 without modification; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment that it will be of public <br />utility and benefit to proceed with the plan of redevelopment as set forth <br />in Resolution 550 passed by said Board of Commissioners on April 7, 1978, <br />referred to in the WHEREAS clauses above, and that said Resolution 550 is <br />hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed, including the changes in the Urban <br />Renewal Plan as presented in connection with the Urban Renewal Plan. <br />Adopted at a Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on June 2, 1978, at the Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building, <br />227 W.
