supplements thereto is made a part of this chapter with the same <br />force and effect as though set out in full herein as the official <br />fire prevention code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, except for <br />such changes, additions or deletions as are specified in this <br />chapter. Copies of such fire code with such <br />amendments and supplements are on file and open for public <br />inspection in the offices of the Fire Department, Department of <br />Code Enforcement, and city clerk's office of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II.
